Goodhall Spraying Specialists ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect:

• Your name
• Phone number and/or email address
• The location of the work (town or postcode, if provided)
• Details about the work you're interested in and any message you send

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To arrange and carry out work you've asked us to do
• To follow up on a quote, where you've asked us to

We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a service enquiry you have sent us — and, where you become a customer, to perform the contract between us.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up work, then deleted. We do not keep marketing lists.

5. Where your data is stored

Your enquiry is emailed to us and stored on our email provider's servers, and may be processed by our website hosting provider solely to deliver that email to us. We do not transfer your data outside the UK other than as part of standard email/hosting services with appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking of any kind.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
